The Fred Rogers Memorial Scholarships

The Fred Rogers Memorial Scholarship (named in honor of the man perhaps better known as Mr. Rogers) is currently being offered by the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. This program awards four $10,000 scholarships and, in addition to the scholarship money, successful applicants are mentored by children’s programming professionals during the academic year. This scholarship program is open to undergraduate and graduate students (Masters or Ph.D.) of accredited colleges or universities.
