The 2014 Wendy’s High School Heisman

The Wendy’s High School Heisman is an annual program that seeks to honor “well-rounded young men and woman who excel in learning, performing, and leading in the class room, on the field and in the community.”

Who is eligible for the Wendy’s High School Heisman Scholarship?

This program is open to both male and female student athletes who exhibit excellence in the classroom, on the playing field, and within their communities. Eligibility for application is limited exclusively to men and women whose senior year of high school is the 2013–2014 academic year, who have at least a “B” grade average, and participate in at least one of 27 sports. They want to hear from all student athletes who work hard, are dedicated, and have become role models for underclassmen.

What is selection based off of?

Applicants are judged on academic achievements, athletic accomplishments, community-leadership, and involvement in various extracurricular activities during grades 9 through 11.
