New Hampshire Charitable Foundation Scholarships

 New Hampshire Charitable Foundation Scholarships

Today’s scholarship is for students in the Granite State (New Hampshire).  Sponsored by the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, the scholarship (with the same name) distributes more than $4 million in grant aid and loans.  These scholarships are offered through a variety of awards for students in New Hampshire.  Note, some of the scholarships are also open to Maine and Vermont students who live in border towns.

The best thing about the NHCF Scholarship Program is that for many of the scholarships, students only need to fill out one online application to be considered for them all.  The online application can be found here.  The deadlines for these scholarships vary, but are all in April, May, and June.

The scholarship opportunities offered include:

  • The Dunkin’ Donuts Scholarship Program, which is four high school seniors who plan on attending a two-year or four-year college, university, technical, or vocational school. The deadline for this scholarship April 13, 2012.
  • The Fisher Cats Foundation Scholar-Athlete Scholarship is a scholarship for student-athletes who have academic and extracurricular success.  To be eligible students must be high school seniors. The deadline is April 13, 2012.
  • The Statewide Student Aid Program is open to students seeking an undergraduate or graduate degree (students must be between the ages of 17 and 23).  The deadline for this scholarship is April 13, 2012.

Other scholarships offered through the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation require a written application and can be found on the scholarship website.

Best of luck to all students applying for any of these scholarships!
