
The Vertical Flight Foundation (the philanthropic arm of the American Helicopter Society) offers the Daniel L. Peduzzi Memorial Scholarship each year to high school seniors in the Federal City chapter of the American Helicopter Society (which includes Washington, DC, Maryland [aside from zip codes 20600-20699] and Virginia [aside from zip codes 22000-22499]). This scholarship asks for three things:
1. Evidence that you have been accepted by an accredited university or college as a freshman in the next school year.
2. A diploma, or letter from your school showing that you will graduate from an accredited high school this year.
3. Completed application form.
This $2000 scholarship is based only off of merit, and the application is due by June 15th. When completed, send your application to:
